Junior Business Development Manager

About the role

Nuvei is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join its fast‑growing Commercial team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will help accelerate the distribution of Nuvei’s payment solutions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients within target markets to generate self‑sourced leads.
• Prospect through cold calls, emails and face‑to‑face visits.
• Develop new sales partnership programs with merchants and onboard accounts in the CRM system.
• Manage the sales pipeline using Dynamics CRM to ensure accurate performance forecasts.
• Monitor industry trends and align customer needs with market demand.
• Collaborate with broader sales and marketing teams.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a sales role (payments experience not required).
• Strong operational skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to cold‑call, travel and build internal and external relationships.
• Creative problem‑solver who can handle stressful, multi‑task situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly motivated team player.
