About the role
We are seeking energetic and results‑driven Sales Consultants to join our high‑performing showroom team in Logan. You will guide customers through the entire purchase journey for premium lifestyle and wellness products such as spas, swim spas, saunas and ice baths.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and follow up warm leads via phone, email and showroom walk‑ins.
- Deliver professional product presentations and guide customers from enquiry to delivery.
- Build strong relationships, generate referrals and identify upsell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate notes and customer records.
- Support showroom presentation, team culture and attend expos as a top performer.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience (e.g., real estate, solar, insurance, retail, automotive, consultative sales).
- Driven, self‑motivated and resilient with strong follow‑up habits.
- Professional, personable and confident in face‑to‑face and phone interactions.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, energetic and team‑oriented.
Required skills
What we offer
- $70K‑$75K base salary + super.
- Uncapped commissions with realistic earnings of $100K+.
