About the role
Nick Scali is seeking a passionate Sales Consultant to join its showroom team. You will use instinct, empathy and commercial acumen to guide customers through the design journey, helping them realise their vision while achieving personal sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver emotionally aware customer service that builds loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage customers with storytelling to help them envision their ideal space.
- Identify new sales opportunities and close deals confidently and consistently.
- Maintain accurate sales records and ensure timely processing of orders.
- Collaborate with the Showroom Manager to uphold high presentation and merchandising standards.
Required profile
- A natural hunter with a strong drive to exceed sales targets.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience in consultative, solution‑based selling.
- Proven success closing high‑value sales in furniture, luxury goods, or similar categories.
- Energetic, self‑motivated, adaptable during high‑traffic periods.
- Organised, professional, collaborative with a growth mindset.
