About the role
Westbourne, a future‑focused education organisation, is seeking a Regional Commercial Growth Lead to own and drive enrolment performance. The role starts with responsibility for the Sydney campus and will expand to regional and international student growth across all campuses.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute a regional growth strategy, not just follow an existing one.
- Create demand across B2C and B2B channels while managing the end‑to‑end pipeline.
- Close strategic partnerships that support enrolment targets.
- Convert high‑intent families into enrolments through consultative engagement.
- Identify new market opportunities and run tests to validate them.
- Represent Westbourne to senior stakeholders and partners.
Required profile
- Enjoy solving ambiguous growth problems.
- Live for the hustle – moving fast and getting things done.
- Think out of the box and try new approaches.
- Prefer autonomy over hierarchy.
- Seek measurable impact.
- Commercially sharp and relationship‑driven.
- Strong background in consulting, growth (sales) or partnerships roles.
