About the role

Prestigetravelpartner, a leading travel service provider in Australia, is looking for a Remote Travel Assistant to help clients plan and book their journeys. The role is fully remote and suitable for candidates with no prior experience, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting destinations, itineraries and travel options.
• Book flights, accommodation, transfers and other travel services using the company’s digital platforms.
• Provide clear information about pricing, policies and travel requirements.
• Promote additional travel products and services to enhance the client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using online tools.
