About the role

Heidi is an AI‑driven health‑tech company that partners with clinicians to streamline patient care. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for clinicians discovering Heidi’s platform, turning curiosity into qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and prospect clinic networks, GP practices, and health systems to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Run outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn, testing and iterating messaging for different clinical audiences.
  • Qualify inbound leads quickly, asking targeted questions to understand practice workflows before hand‑off.
  • Book discovery calls that show up by completing thorough pre‑call research.
  • Track activity and pipeline in the CRM with disciplined data entry.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives to relay market feedback, objections, and resonance points.

Required profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Comfortable making cold calls without hesitation.
  • Clear, concise written communication that feels personal, not templated.
  • Strong curiosity about the healthcare landscape and ability to learn it quickly.

Required skills

  • CRM (experience with any CRM platform for pipeline management).
