About the role
Kraft Heinz is seeking a National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths account for its Australian sales team. Based in Southbank, you will work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office and two days remotely, to drive growth and strengthen the partnership with Woolworths.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Woolworths account for specified categories, meeting NSV, trade investment and gross return targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with multiple Woolworths stakeholders, including Category Managers and Heads of Trade.
- Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category and customer.
- Achieve sales and profit goals while managing trade spend within budget.
- Integrate customer plans with brand strategies to deliver mutual benefits.
- Lead insight‑driven category workshops and reviews.
- Optimize trade spend for maximum gross return.
- Negotiate promotional programs, deals, displays, catalogue support and retail media activation.
- Execute tailored new product launch plans.
- Maintain a 12‑month forecast based on scan trends and reconcile differences with Woolworths demand forecasts.
Required profile
- Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer.
- Preferable experience working with Woolworths.
- Demonstrated account and/or category management expertise.
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis abilities.
- Highly organised with the capacity to prioritise and manage time effectively.
