National Account Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a National Account Manager to lead the Woolworths account for its Australian sales team. Based in Southbank, you will work in a hybrid model, spending three days in the office and two days remotely, to drive growth and strengthen the partnership with Woolworths.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Woolworths account for specified categories, meeting NSV, trade investment and gross return targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with multiple Woolworths stakeholders, including Category Managers and Heads of Trade.
• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans that benefit the consumer, category and customer.
• Achieve sales and profit goals while managing trade spend within budget.
• Integrate customer plans with brand strategies to deliver mutual benefits.
• Lead insight‑driven category workshops and reviews.
• Optimize trade spend for maximum gross return.
• Negotiate promotional programs, deals, displays, catalogue support and retail media activation.
• Execute tailored new product launch plans.
• Maintain a 12‑month forecast based on scan trends and reconcile differences with Woolworths demand forecasts.

Required profile

• Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer.
• Preferable experience working with Woolworths.
• Demonstrated account and/or category management expertise.
• Strong negotiation and financial analysis abilities.
• Highly organised with the capacity to prioritise and manage time effectively.
