About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Receptionist to join our Melbourne office. The role involves being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for our clients and staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and direct all visitors upon arrival.
  • Answer, monitor and route incoming telephone calls.
  • Coordinate couriers, deliveries and manage incoming mail.
  • Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Prepare refreshments for guests as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.

Required profile

  • At least one year of experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role, preferably within professional services or hospitality.
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Team‑oriented, reliable and self‑motivated.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organised and manage time efficiently.
