Property Management Team Leader

About the role

Hudson Bond is looking for a Property Management Team Leader to oversee and develop its growing team of Property Managers in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. This hands‑on leadership position combines day‑to‑day operational duties with coaching, performance monitoring and process improvement to ensure high service standards for owners and renters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Property Managers.
• Run weekly team meetings and individual performance check‑ins.
• Monitor and drive KPIs such as arrears, leasing activity and tenant retention.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching, training and ongoing development.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the portfolio.
• Maintain strong communication with owners, renters and internal support teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Victorian legislation and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to portfolio growth and retention targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager ready to step into a leadership role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Natural ability to coach, influence and hold team members accountable.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Confident user of property management systems.
• Sound understanding of Victorian legislation and compliance.
• Professional, calm and solutions‑focused approach.
