About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑oriented Strata Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our strata portfolios. Working closely with strata managers, committees and owners, you will ensure smooth administration and excellent customer service across multiple properties.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with overall administration of one or more strata portfolios, including submitting maintenance requests, drafting correspondence and maintaining body corporate registers and records.
- Prepare committee and general meeting notices, minutes and other legislative documentation.
- Liaise with committee members, owners, real‑estate agents, solicitors, contractors and other stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain professional relationships.
- Provide proactive customer service, responding to phone, email and written communications within KPI timeframes.
- Attend meetings with strata managers, including after‑hours meetings when required.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance the organisation’s reputation.
Required profile
- High energy with the ability to juggle competing priorities and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to troubleshoot situations before escalation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; minimum of 2 years administration experience (desirable).
Required skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
- Preferred IT knowledge.
