Project Manager – Client‑Side Role for Quantity Surveyors

About the role

We are partnering with a growing consultancy to place a Project Manager on the client side. The role is ideal for a degree‑qualified Quantity Surveyor who wants to transition into or deepen a career in project management, working on high‑end luxury residential projects and a diverse portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, overseeing scope, programme, budget and quality.
• Maintain strong cost management focus, handling variations, reporting and financial controls.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Drive procurement, tendering processes and contract administration.
• Embed within client teams, providing commercial insight and supporting secondment opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline (essential).
• Background in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
• Experience in construction or project‑management environments.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen.
• Confident communicator with client‑facing experience.
• Open to senior/lead QS transitioning to project management, as well as assistant, project and senior project managers.
