Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a self‑motivated Production Operator to join Sensient Technologies’ skilled team. The role involves operating production equipment, handling raw materials, and ensuring safety and quality standards in a food, beverage or pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safety as the top priority and follow safe work and product practices.
• Follow site quality procedures and HACCP/GMP guidelines.
• Pick raw materials, record product and batch information.
• Process, mix and pack production orders according to the daily schedule.
• Complete production paperwork and communicate issues or delays to the supervisor.
• Perform cleaning and daily housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Production Operator or process worker in the food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, sanitation and personal hygiene requirements.
• Strong communication, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of HACCP/GMP standards.
