About the role

Siemens is launching a 2‑year Graduate Engineering Program starting February 2027. The program offers deep technical exposure across multiple locations in Australia, allowing recent graduates to build expertise in electrical, mechatronics, and software & electronics engineering while contributing to real projects that impact local and global communities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in protection and automation systems using technologies such as SIPROTEC and SICAM.
• Collaborate with customers, field teams, and technical experts to solve complex challenges and provide remote support.
• Build trusted partnerships and influence commercial strategy through technical problem‑solving.
• Design and develop intelligent hardware, firmware, and software solutions for automation and digital innovation.
• Support sales engineering activities, leveraging tools like Salesforce and AI to nurture customer relationships.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025‑2026) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Software & Electronics Engineering.
• Australian or New Zealand permanent residency or citizenship.
• Growth mindset, strong analytical abilities, and passion for sustainability and technology.
