Portfolio Leasing Manager – Build-to-Rent

About the role

As Greystar’s Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) platform expands nationwide, we are seeking an experienced Portfolio Leasing Manager to lead leasing performance across a growing collection of communities. This role sits at the centre of our leasing operation, overseeing performance, leading the Central Leasing Team and collaborating closely with onsite teams to deliver a seamless customer journey from first enquiry through to move‑in.

Key responsibilities

• Drive leasing performance across the BTR portfolio, managing pipeline metrics, leasing pacing and conversion performance to maximise occupancy.
• Lead the Central Leasing Team, ensuring strong enquiry handling, rapid response times and consistent lead‑qualification standards.
• Optimise the leasing funnel by identifying opportunities to improve lead‑to‑tour and tour‑to‑application conversion.
• Coordinate central and onsite leasing teams to ensure seamless handovers, consistent tour delivery and strong application outcomes.
• Monitor inventory and leasing demand, providing insights and reporting to support portfolio optimisation and strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Driven leasing or sales leader who understands how to turn enquiry into occupancy.
• Comfortable working across multiple assets, using data and customer insight to optimise leasing performance while building strong relationships with both central and onsite teams.
• Enjoys fast‑paced environments where performance, customer experience and operational discipline are equally important.

Required skills

• Experience with Yardi or a similar CRM/property management system.
