About the role
Join Perpetual Group as a Personal Assistant & Team Coordinator, supporting senior leaders in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment. You will ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly, handling diaries, travel, and team communications while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage complex executive diaries, schedule meetings and organise domestic and international travel.
- Process expenses, invoices and credit‑card reconciliations accurately.
- Coordinate team communications, events and broader administrative tasks.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to senior leaders.
- Assist the wider team with general coordination and operational duties.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years’ experience as a Team Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Proven capability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- High level of discretion handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and adapt to change.
Required skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency.
- Experience with HRIS systems (highly regarded).
