About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support two General Managers within the People function of our AUSPAC division. This hybrid, full‑time position offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, ensuring the GMs operate efficiently in a fast‑paced, complex environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to two General Managers and their teams.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organized filing systems.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely follow‑up on action items.
Required profile
- Highly organised and proactive with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing a diverse workload.
- Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgement, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Resilient under pressure with a forward‑thinking mindset.
