People Services Officer

About the role

The People Services Officer will be the first point of contact for a wide range of HR, systems and employee enquiries across RFDS Western Operations. Reporting to the Head of People, you will support the employee experience, HRIS administration and the smooth operation of people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, employment variation letters and off‑boarding activities.
• Administer employee lifecycle transactions such as transfers, promotions, terminations and probation reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Dayforce and conduct regular data‑integrity audits.
• Monitor and act on HR workflow requests, providing first‑level support for Dayforce self‑service queries.
• Generate workforce and HR reports, including FTE and other metrics.
• Manage the People & Culture inbox, responding to employee and leader enquiries.
• Support credentialing, compliance administration and employee service award processes.
