People & Culture Co‑Ordinator

About the role
The People & Culture Co‑Ordinator will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of TDC’s people and culture function. Reporting to the Executive Team and working closely with the external HR partner HumanX, the role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee records and general HR administration in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR documentation and Employment Hero data.
- Support onboarding, off‑boarding, probation, performance reviews and other employee‑lifecycle activities.
- Coordinate internal people communications, updates, team records and practical HR resources.
- Assist with return‑to‑work coordination following illness, injury or extended leave.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: role briefing, advertising, candidate communication, interview scheduling, reference checks and offer administration.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal people and culture queries, escalating when necessary.
Required profile
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple moving parts.
- Discreet with confidential information.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, project‑based business.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise between employees, managers, leadership and external HR partners.
Required skills
- Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms.
