Director – Technology Recruitment

About the role

Onset Group is seeking a commercially driven Director to build and lead a high‑performing Technology recruitment practice across Engineering, Data, Cloud, Project Services and Enterprise Applications. This senior position offers autonomy to shape the market strategy while leveraging a recognised brand and extensive ecosystem connections.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a high‑performing Technology recruitment practice.
• Develop strategic relationships with founders, CTOs, CPOs and executive leadership teams.
• Drive permanent and contract revenue growth across the assigned market.
• Partner with professional services units and lead account mapping and expansion strategies.
• Mentor and develop consultants within the practice.
• Collaborate with directors across GTM, Deep Tech, Life Sciences and Executive practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Technology recruitment.
• Proven success in business development and client growth.
• Leadership capability with the ability to influence and elevate others.
• Commercial maturity and executive‑level communication skills.
