SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead (Remote)

About the role

DyFlex is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead to drive end‑to‑end implementations of cloud‑based HR solutions. You will guide clients through digital HR transformation, ensuring best‑practice alignment and delivering scalable workforce management capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects across multiple industries.
• Translate complex HR business requirements into scalable SAP EC configurations.
• Configure and optimise modules such as Position Management, Global Assignments, and Time Off.
• Collaborate with clients to document HR processes and system requirements.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and knowledge‑transfer activities.
• Support data migration, testing, cut‑over planning and post‑go‑live support.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless connectivity with payroll, benefits and third‑party systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Deep understanding of HRIS and cloud‑based HCM solutions.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (highly regarded).
• Strong business‑process mapping and functional documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Passion for HR technology and continuous learning.
