Part-Time Recruitment Consultant (Technology & Business Roles)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Recruitment Consultant to partner with our leadership team and help build high‑performing technology and business teams across Australia. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a wide range of technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring we attract and secure top talent that fits our culture and growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for technical and business roles, creating compelling job ads and outreach campaigns.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Seek, referrals and networking; maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct phone screens, first‑round interviews and assess both technical competence and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate summaries and provide hiring recommendations.
• Manage applicant tracking system, track pipeline metrics and ensure smooth communication with candidates.
• Support onboarding, improve candidate experience and contribute to employer‑branding initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Proven track record recruiting both technical (engineers, AI, DevOps, UI/UX) and business roles (sales, marketing, product, finance).
• Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and work confidently with executives.
• Experience in software development, SaaS, technology startups or digital agencies is highly regarded.
