Operations and Quality Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The Operations and Quality Assurance Coordinator will manage the scheduling and execution of flyer campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards. Working on‑site in Neutral Bay, you will coordinate with local distributors and monitor performance through GPS tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule flyer distribution campaigns using the Realrun web application.
• Monitor delivery performance in real time via GPS tracking and analytics.
• Resolve service issues and maintain strong relationships with distributors and agency clients.
• Analyse delivery data to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process enhancements and quality assurance initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in operations management, logistics or workflow coordination.
• Experience in quality assurance, data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive in problem solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SaaS platforms for campaign management.
• Ability to work with GPS tracking and delivery analytics tools.
