Onsite Technical Support – Adelaide

About the role

Join EML’s growing team in Adelaide as an Onsite Technical Support professional. You will be the single point of contact for users, delivering second‑level technical assistance and ensuring a smooth experience when new services are introduced.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced second‑level support for hardware, software, network and application issues.
• Manage user accounts, system imaging, software deployment and maintain hardware/software inventories.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems, escalating when necessary.
• Support network and mobile device management, VPN troubleshooting and enforce IT security standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update knowledge‑base articles and analyse ticket trends.
• Assist with user onboarding, training and mentor Level 1 staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hands‑on IT support experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Full Australian working rights without restriction.
• Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, Windows 11, Linux endpoints, Microsoft 365, VPN, MFA, printers and mobile devices.
• Proficient with Active Directory, SCCM, Entra ID and MDM solutions.
• Experience in user provisioning, device setup, SOE management and imaging.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and customer‑service skills.
• ITIL v4 certification essential; CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Administration highly regarded.
