About the role
We are looking for a proactive Office Admin Manager to join our remote team and support our mission of helping mid‑life professionals reinvent their careers. This performance‑based position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to purpose‑driven projects.
Key responsibilities
- Administer purpose‑led projects that facilitate career reinvention and lifestyle improvement.
- Learn and apply digital marketing strategies through provided training.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver programs, content, and experiences for our audience.
- Maintain efficient information flow and strong administrative processes.
- Provide support and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Participate in virtual, live, and personal‑development events.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of full‑time work experience, preferably in office management or administrative leadership.
- Strong communicator with logical, confident thinking.
- Passionate about empowering others and self‑motivated in a performance‑based environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and capacity to implement efficient office processes.
- Comfortable working independently without a traditional salary.
