Martech Consultant

About the role

Composed Digital is seeking a Martech Consultant to help clients integrate and optimise Braze and complementary marketing technologies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, configure and scale personalised marketing automation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse client technical requirements and align them with business and marketing goals.
• Configure and optimise Braze and partner platforms to integrate with existing martech stacks.
• Design workflows, user journeys and solution architectures for customer engagement and personalisation.
• Structure user profile data and event‑driven interactions to enable targeted campaigns.
• Build multi‑channel automation journeys in Braze Canvas using real‑time triggers from apps, web and data warehouses.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data flow and automation logic issues.
• Stay current with Martech trends and share best practices with the team.
• Participate in client meetings or workshops to support solution discussions and implementations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, marketing automation or a related field.
• Proven experience with Braze or similar Martech platforms.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions.
