Marketing Manager – Cyber Security, GRC & AI

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own and execute CISO Online’s digital, content and event marketing. You will work directly with the leadership team to grow our brand, generate demand and build a strong pipeline across the cyber‑security, GRC and AI space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media strategies, publishing weekly posts, videos and campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers and photographers to produce high‑quality content and establish thought leadership in cyber‑security, GRC and AI.
• Plan and optimise organic and paid marketing campaigns, manage email newsletters and support outbound sales initiatives.
• Organise in‑person workshops (including Microsoft partnerships) and online webinars, handling promotion, logistics and follow‑ups.
• Maintain website content, work with designers and developers, and support SEO and conversion optimisation.
• Manage CISO Online’s presence at industry expos, events and sponsorships, coordinating marketing materials and booth setup.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Proven experience with LinkedIn and YouTube/content marketing.
• Basic skills in Canva, light video editing, email marketing tools and website CMS.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in cyber‑security or technology, knowledge of ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance, and exposure to Microsoft or AI tools.
