Marketing Coordinator – Film Marketing

About the role

Paramount Pictures Australia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and execution of film marketing campaigns across the ANZ region. The role offers a hands‑on opportunity to work with global and local teams, helping bring blockbuster and auteur titles to Australian audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external presentations and film marketing decks.
• Lead brainstorm and ideation sessions for upcoming releases.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative audience research and produce reports.
• Coordinate bookings and events for the Marketing Department.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to Media, Digital, Publicity and Promotions teams.
• Organise screening programmes, including word‑of‑mouth, reviewer, VIP and premiere screenings.
• Assist with press junkets and film premieres for local and international talent.
• Manage SAP entries, purchase orders and cross‑department invoicing.
• Offer administrative assistance to the Marketing Director.

Required profile

• Entry‑level experience in marketing and office administration.
• Strong communication, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail and capacity to juggle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
• Experience with Canva for design creation.
• Familiarity with SAP for purchase order and invoicing tasks.
