About the role

The Managing Director will steer the company’s strategic direction while maintaining strong operational oversight. This hands‑on leader will be responsible for engineering delivery, commercial performance, client relationships and people leadership across a technically complex portfolio.

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of profitable project‑based business management.
• Engineering background with experience in mining, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
