Lagree Fitness Instructor – Adelaide

About the role

CoreBrew Lagree is seeking a casual Lagree Instructor to lead high‑intensity, low‑impact classes in our Adelaide studio. You will guide participants of all fitness levels through safe, engaging workouts on the MegaFormer, fostering a supportive community atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the studio and equipment before each class, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
• Deliver Lagree classes with clear cues, modifications, and corrections tailored to individual fitness levels.
• Build positive relationships with members, encouraging a welcoming and inclusive vibe.
• Collaborate with the team on class programming and support studio events and community activities.
• Promote membership options and studio offerings as needed.

Required profile

• Strong group‑fitness instruction skills with confident class leadership.
• Knowledge of exercise‑science fundamentals, proper alignment, core engagement, and injury‑prevention principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to motivate and engage clients.
• Reliable time‑management, punctuality, and attention to studio cleanliness.
• Willingness to obtain Lagree‑specific certification and current CPR/First Aid certification within a set timeframe.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to the class schedule.

Required skills

• Certification in group fitness, Pilates, Lagree, or a related discipline (or willingness to obtain).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
