Key Account Manager – Queensland

About the role

We are seeking a Key Account Manager for Queensland to represent Justrite Safety Group’s Global Spill Control portfolio. The role involves travelling across Townsville, Mount Isa, the Bowen Basin and other regional locations to support Tier 1 miners, manufacturers, health providers and safety retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Visit customer sites to replenish stock, troubleshoot issues and identify new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with safety officers, procurement teams and site managers.
• Report sales activity and market insights to the Sales Manager – Queensland.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of safety solutions.

Required profile

• Proven industrial sales experience, preferably with safety, environmental or technical products.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, comfortable in one‑on‑one and presentation settings.
• Self‑starter attitude with proactive problem‑solving and accountability.
• Excellent customer service instincts.
