About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Officer to join our national IT team and provide first‑line support to users across Australia, with a focus on our Adelaide office. The role involves proactive incident handling, service request fulfilment and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to IT incidents and service requests, ensuring resolution within SLA thresholds.
- Provide support for core applications such as iManage, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 and other Microsoft tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues including Wi‑Fi, VPN and local connectivity.
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Manage user accounts, onboarding of new starters and de‑provisioning of departures.
- Set up laptops, maintain hardware inventory and support meeting‑room audio/visual equipment.
- Participate in a rotating after‑hours roster to handle urgent incidents.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong problem‑solving and time‑management abilities with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- ITIL awareness or certification is desirable.
