Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Australia’s first Mövenpick hotel, a 221‑room premium property located in the heart of Hobart’s CBD. As a Housekeeping Attendant you will be responsible for delivering clean, comfortable guest rooms and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Service all allocated guest rooms in line with Mövenpick brand standards.
• Restock and clean the housekeeping trolley each shift.
• Check and replenish room supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest corridors and public areas.

Required profile

• Warm, caring personality with a genuine interest in hospitality.
• Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide a professional, welcoming attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
