Graphic Designer – LATAM Client Relationship Growth Team

About the role

Vantage, a global multi‑asset broker, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support its Client Relationship Growth team in the LATAM market. The role is fully remote and focuses on producing visual assets that enhance brand presence across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and specification requirements.
• Maintain organized design files for easy access and consistency.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine designs and uphold brand voice.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Create and edit audiovisual content, including GIFs and short videos, for marketing use.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a creative or marketing environment, preferably within fintech.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and layout composition.
• Excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma.
• Experience using video editing tools for creating video content and GIFs.
• Experience with 3D design and modeling software.
