Junior 3D Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior 3D Designer to join a leading brand experience studio in Sydney. The role supports the creation of large‑scale activations, pop‑ups and immersive installations for global luxury and sportswear brands.

Key responsibilities

• Support concept development for large‑scale custom builds and brand activations.
• Produce high‑quality 3D visualisations that clearly communicate design intent.
• Create technical drawings and documentation for build and production teams.
• Collaborate with designers and creative producers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Formal training or work experience in 3D design, experiential, retail, interior architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong, clean portfolio that demonstrates spatial thinking and conceptual design.
• Attention to detail and a genuine passion for physical, built environments.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative studio environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with industry‑standard 3D modelling software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp or equivalent).
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings for construction.
• Effective visual communication of design concepts.
