Graphic Designer – Creative Visuals for Skincare Brands

About the role

The Graphic Designer will bring INSKIN COSMEDICS and its partner brands to life through compelling visual designs across digital and print media. Working within a vibrant marketing team, you will shape the visual storytelling for campaigns, packaging, promotions and internal communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for email campaigns, social media (organic and paid), web platforms (desktop and mobile) and point‑of‑sale materials.
• Create visual solutions that translate across print and digital, from concept to final execution.
• Collaborate with fellow designers and marketing team members to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to support marketing objectives.
• Design packaging for new products and innovative promotional cartons.
• Support the education team with training materials for partner clinics and business development managers.
• Produce brand presentations, event invitations and stationery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Lidcombe headquarters five days a week.
• Adaptable design style applicable across diverse brands and categories.
• Strong time‑management and planning skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and proofreading.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Understanding of print production processes and ability to prepare files for print.
• Awareness of current design, beauty and cultural trends.
