Junior-Midweight Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented junior‑midweight Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team and help bring the Archies brand to life. Working closely with the Senior Designer, you will support a wide range of brand touchpoints, from digital campaigns to retail and experiential design.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging digital graphic assets for email marketing, paid social, display advertising, website, eCommerce platforms, and social media.
• Create print‑ready assets such as retail POS, in‑store signage, trade collateral, event materials, presentations, and packaging support.
• Support the Senior Designer in developing campaign concepts and design outcomes for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with the design of retail displays, experiential activations, and other real‑world brand touchpoints.
• Help plan and execute photoshoots, including moodboards, shot lists, prop sourcing, and on‑set assistance.
• Maintain the photography and video asset library, ensuring files are organized, accessible, and ready for marketing use, with basic image retouching as needed.
• Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Product teams, external printers, suppliers, and production partners to deliver high‑quality creative outcomes.

Required profile

• Qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in an agency, retail, or in‑house brand environment.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print with knowledge of production requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with Figma.
• Familiarity with lightweight design and video editing tools such as CapCut and Canva.
