Full Stack Developer – Remote (Australia) – $70K‑$85K

About the role

Our client, a financial services organisation, is looking for a Junior to Mid‑level Full Stack Developer to join a 100% remote team across Australia. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions while supporting the growth of the development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack applications using modern cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain APIs and backend services with Node.js (Express/NestJS).
• Develop user‑facing interfaces with React, React Native and Redux.
• Configure and manage containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Work with both relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Automate deployment pipelines and apply DevOps practices (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming and mentor peers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and share best practices.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Solution‑oriented problem solver with a continuous‑learning mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused attitude.
• Ready to take ownership of projects and drive technical initiatives.
