About the role
Join G’day Group as the welcoming face of one of Australia’s largest park networks. As a Front Office Receptionist you will deliver a high‑standard guest experience, handling check‑ins, reservations and day‑to‑day office tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to guests and residents.
- Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs accurately.
- Use the park’s reservation system to make bookings, manage accounts and track accommodation readiness.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are prepared.
- Supply guests with information about the property and local attractions.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform routine office administration and maintain strong relationships with park teams.
Required profile
- Previous front‑office experience in the hospitality sector.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and evenings.
- Valid driver’s licence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with RMS or a comparable reservation booking system.
