About the role

Join the vibrant team at Novotel Sydney City Centre as a Front Office All-Rounder. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering seamless service from check‑in to check‑out while supporting a variety of front‑office functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide service excellence throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure.
• Act as the primary contact for guests and visitors, handling inquiries and requests.
• Promote and sell hotel facilities, maintaining accurate guest accounts.
• Perform Night Audit duties, manage room controller tasks, and assist with porterage services.
• Guide guests in using self‑check‑in kiosks and ensure smooth operation.
• Brief non‑ALL members on loyalty program benefits and encourage sign‑ups.
