Club Sofitel Attendant – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a guest‑obsessed hospitality professional to join the Club Sofitel team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. As a Club Sofitel Attendant you will be the primary point of contact for Club guests, delivering a welcoming and luxurious experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel facilities, promotions and exclusive Club services.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, striving for total customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in the Club lounge and Atrium Bar.
• Monitor Responsible Service of Alcohol compliance in line with Victorian legislation.
• Manage food and beverage stock, conduct inventory control based on occupancy forecasts.
• Execute check‑in and check‑out procedures while adhering to hotel standards.
• Update guest profiles, maintain accurate accounts and ensure charges are posted correctly.
• Communicate professionally with a diverse range of guests and internal teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality or club attendant role.
• Current Victorian RSA certification.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to exceeding guest expectations and delivering luxury service.
