About the role

The Houseperson supports the smooth operation of Park Hyatt Sydney by delivering courteous service to guests and staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and ensuring housekeeping resources are efficiently managed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest and employee enquiries politely and efficiently.
• Provide courteous, professional service at all times.
• Monitor and rotate daily housekeeping stock.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel.
• Deliver guest laundry promptly in line with Park Hyatt standards.
• Assist with moving furniture for special room setups.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a houseman or room attendant in a 5‑star hotel.
• Ability to perform manual handling safely.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Good interpersonal skills.
