Field Service Engineer

About the role

Konica Minolta is seeking a Field Service Engineer for its Melbourne branch to install, maintain and support colour and black‑and‑white print equipment and associated software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation of print equipment and ancillary products.
• Deliver corrective and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal customer equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Report activities to the Victoria State Service Delivery Manager.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with customers.
• Desire to learn and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation.
• Valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as per company policy.
