Production Coordinator

About the role

The Production Coordinator will oversee production planning, scheduling, and project organization to ensure timely delivery of Henry Bucks' premium menswear products. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Melbourne and requires close collaboration across departments to maintain high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules.
• Monitor timelines and coordinate activities between design, manufacturing, and retail teams.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to optimise workflow efficiency.
• Support cross‑functional teams in meeting project milestones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the menswear or fashion industry is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
