Grader Operator – 16‑18 m Grader – Fly In Fly Out (Weipa)

About the role

Join Mineral Resources’ haulage team in Weipa, Queensland as a Grader Operator. You will operate 16‑18 m graders to maintain haul roads and ROM areas on a 2‑on/1‑off roster with rotating day and night shifts, supported by Fly‑In‑Fly‑Out arrangements from Brisbane or Cairns.

Key responsibilities

• Operate 16‑18 m graders for ongoing haul‑road and ROM maintenance.
• Perform front‑end loader tasks as required.
• Ensure road surfaces meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the haulage team to plan and execute maintenance activities.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Current Australian driver’s licence.
• Australian‑recognised grader and front‑end loader operating tickets.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality of work.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Unlimited Australian work rights.
