Expression of Interest: Project Controls, Quality & Planning

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking experienced professionals to join its Brisbane team as part of a talent pool for project controls, quality and planning functions. Candidates will be considered for upcoming positions on awarded infrastructure projects across Queensland. These roles will be activated as project awards are secured, offering the opportunity to work on landmark infrastructure such as Legacy Way and the Cross‑City Tunnel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support project controls, scheduling or quality processes depending on the role level.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts and progress reports.
• Monitor cost, programme and quality performance against the plan.
• Support risk identification, change control and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site, commercial and delivery teams to achieve programme and quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in project controls, scheduling, planning or quality roles.
• Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery is highly regarded.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
