About the role
PayPal is seeking an Executive Assistant Business Partner to provide day‑to‑day support to multiple Vice Presidents. The role ensures smooth operations by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics, and tracking expenses.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments and organize meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations and expense reporting.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations and other executive documents.
- Maintain and update internal databases and SharePoint sites to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with project‑management tasks, track milestones and liaise with cross‑functional teams.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders, preferably multiple VPs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with various departments.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- SharePoint administration and content management.
- Travel booking platforms and expense‑tracking tools.
