About the role
The Office Manager (Village Support Manager) ensures the Havas Village office runs smoothly, providing a welcoming environment for staff and clients while supporting a range of administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and uphold all village management tasks, prioritising duties to the highest standard.
- Oversee building repairs, maintenance and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
- Work with the building manager to ensure compliance with building protocols.
- Maintain office documentation, manuals and manage the environment experienced by clients and staff.
- Manage cleaners, ensure the village space is well presented, and monitor furniture condition.
- Supervise reception: answer calls, greet guests, handle mail, deliveries and couriers.
- Oversee meeting rooms and boardroom management, ensuring they are kept tidy.
- Order and restock food, beverages, stationery and office supplies within budget.
- Ensure first‑aid and fire‑safety provisions, signage and procedures are in place and communicated.
- Track and report costs related to the office environment and building services.
- Support the village social committee and assist with company events, client gatherings and other social activities.
