About the role
The End User Support Technician will provide on‑site technical assistance to staff in Brisbane, ensuring that computer hardware, software and network services operate smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver first‑line PC support for Windows 10 (or higher) workstations.
- Diagnose, repair and maintain PC hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with Fibre and Ethernet LAN networking issues.
- Log, track and resolve incidents using the IT Service Center ticketing system.
- Utilise ServiceNow (or similar) for workload and ticket management.
Required profile
- Certificate‑level IT qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 4 years of relevant IT experience, including 2 years in PC support.
- Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance (NV1 active).
- Exposure to high‑volume, data‑driven applications is a plus.
Required skills
- Windows 10 or higher operating systems.
- PC hardware and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Fibre and Ethernet LAN networking.
- IT Service Center ticket management.
- ServiceNow workload management tool.
