Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a digitally‑savvy marketer to join a collaborative team that drives customer engagement, lead generation and digital growth across Australia. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will support and optimise the organisation's digital ecosystem, working on campaigns, website management and performance analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and owned channels.
• Manage end‑to‑end eDM campaigns, from briefing to reporting.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives in partnership with agencies.
• Monitor and optimise performance across multiple channels.
• Coordinate website content updates and ongoing BAU enhancements.
• Collaborate with developers and agencies on website improvements and digital projects.
• Analyse performance data using GA4 and other analytics platforms.
• Support A/B testing, customer‑journey improvements and conversion optimisation.
• Maintain product and digital content across platforms.
• Assist with digital project delivery, testing and quality assurance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, coordination or e‑commerce.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, eDM and performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with marketing automation and email platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused attitude with high attention to detail.
