About the role
RealAML is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join its fast‑growing legal‑tech SaaS team. You will work with new and existing law‑firm clients across Australia and New Zealand, helping them adopt our compliance software and contributing to revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up engaged prospects and support client onboarding.
- Develop deep product knowledge and progressively own more client interactions.
- Participate in revenue conversations and help drive upsell opportunities.
- Maintain daily adoption of AI‑native tools as part of the team culture.
- Attend fortnightly co‑working sessions in Brisbane while primarily working remotely.
Required profile
- Self‑starter who can move quickly without constant supervision.
- Confident communicator able to hold conversations with lawyers without a script.
- Based in Brisbane (non‑negotiable).
- Motivated to join a profitable, high‑growth business.
